Coyote 3-6-15
This block is so indicative of the past few days as we contemplate buying a home down here to come during winter months. We have seen over 15 homes, but have decided on the Sunflower community northwest of Tucson. Very active community with many things to do if you wish. We spoke with two separate individuals about the community and some of our concerns when not present. We have gone back and forth this weekend and I belive we will put in an offer. Another bid is in place and we could get into a bidding appear if not accepted or high enough. Down here cash is the bargaining chip. We have the cash in a variety of places. So doing this block...well...we will see.
